Dude looks like a complete douche. Knew he was cheating cause he went to wipe his hands while they were looking at the ball, then throws a fit when they actually throw him out for it.

I don't know the rules. However, if you are tossed for cheating, especially a pitcher, shouldn't the game be forfeited? The damage had already been done.
With that said, I also wouldn't want a game to be forfeited at the discretion of an ump's opinion on whether a player is cheating or not. So IDK how to feel about it, TBH.
