Holy cow, that lady announcer’s voice is like sand paper. That is awful.

Well considering Leavitt will have an impressive year and (IMO) will compete for the Heismann, momma J should be honored
What does Leavitt have to do with all of this? Did I miss something?

ASAP it should be known as the "Bertman Box".
No way, NO WAY, Skip would want to take a war hero’s name off of the stadium.
This is silly idea that should be promptly dismissed.

That being said, he is one of only 3 Heisman winners in LSU history. He will get, and deserves to get, a statue.
Where is Billy Cannon’s statue? Is it by the stadium?

It was the defense that didn’t do their part.

That offense was on par with the 2019 offense.

Ego showdown. Skip ran Saban off over money.
You’re either ill-informed or lying to create some nonsense narrative. Nobody ran Saban off. He begrudgingly left LSU of his own accord to go try his hand at the NFL. Skip would have loved for Saban to have stayed (and a big part of Saban wanted to stay). Skip said, at the time, that Saban was the best coach at any level of any sport in the country.
re: Don’t worry everyone Ryan Clark is here to clear things up!

You sure Ryan Clark said that? I’ve been listening to ESPN all morning and I haven’t heard him say a thing.

Pretty sure Robert Parish played his college ball at Centenary.

Got fired by Saban in Alabama right before the national title game
Do you think that doors would be opened over and over again for someone with that much failure if he was not a nepo baby?

My guess is that the same person who told him to leave Ole Miss for LSU would tell him not to leave LSU for Bama.
Saban is in Kiffs ear and I think LK listens. It would mean a lot for Saban to repeat the line, “The biggest mistake I ever made was leaving LSU”.

I’m embarrassed by the responses. Who cares, it’s funny.
Would it be funny if he ‘joked’ about fans stocking up on tear gas? What about stocking up at the gun store? Would that be funny too?

The kicks by LSU to start each half occurred in the season opener in 1994 against A$M.
I don’t recall if it also happened in that game, but the one that 100% happened was September of 2002 against Mississippi State. Saban was the coach and Bradie James was the team captain that made the incorrect call at the coin toss.

That was vs. Texas A& M in Tiger Stadium before they joined the SEC. Curly Hallman was the coach.
I’m pretty sure it was Brady James that made the call and Saban was the coach.

I'd be fine with 8 or the current 12, but anything above 12 is dumb. You can't tell me the 24th ranked team has a shot to run the gamut and win it all. No way that ever happens.
I agree with your conclusion, but disagree with your reasoning. You could make the same argument for a smaller basketball and baseball post season with your argument.

Seriously? That is your benchmark? Thank goodness you’re not the Athletic Director; we’d never get a coach to come here.
