Not to bring politics into this at all, but I look at all this B.S. like I do regarding POTUS Donald Trump. Whatever he does or says that pisses off the Left, I am for. With CLK, the same, whatever he does or says that pisses off the media & college football in general, I am 100% for. And, one, he has broken zero rules & two, while his name, & LSU, is splattered all over the news, the Aggies have does the same exact thing : they have signed a former professional player. And UK, Tenn, Mizzo, UT, as well.

Not really. Media makes it sound like we are the only ones. When in fact other schools like South Carolina Virginia Tech and Ole Miss and others have all tried to recruit these players. The players have even said so. We are the villains because it's Lane and LSU. If it was Bama and Deboer they and Finebaum would be "look how smart and aggressive they are" same if it was Kirby and Georgia, Texas, TAM, even Vandy. Kiffin doesn’t like this scenario. He’s first trying to succeed, but a close second is that he’s trying to change the game. This era needs so many restrictions - eligibility limitations, NIL cap, etc. - that only the extremes will force the NCAA to institute proper parameters. Kiffin is actively pushing the limits so that limits will be created in response.

I can’t stand all of the “we’re the villains and I love it” types, but that being said, I don’t think it makes LSU or Kiff villainous to use every tool available to create success for the money and goodwill expended on securing Kiff from Ole Miss.
