Sam really needs to work with as much VR as LSU can provide to him. I look for a big jump in performance next year.

Very true, I didn’t think our coaching staff would allow our great players to play so conservatively in the first half of the game. If the coaches thought they could beat Ole piss by making Chambliss pass the football then the loss is really on them. Don’t play scared , play fearless with the hair on fire attitude.

Sam L is a hell of an open field runner but not very accurate as a passer. Maybe the RPO route is the way to go with this kid. For pure passing ability I’d take Clark over Sam every time. Sam has a way to go to convince me he should remain our starting QB. Hopefully, if Coach keeps Leavette as our starter Sam will improve with his accuracy.

It sounds like the team could convert Berry to being a slant type receiver that Landry was a while back. We need Berry to get significant touches in the open space to utilize his speed. He is a linebacker worst nightmare in the open spaces.
