Most unbelievable moment from a game of unbelievable moments is Kiffin not going for it on 4th and 1 to win the game. The Lane Kiffin of old goes for it there every time.

Agreed.
Coaching tight.
No pressure at OM.
He is feeling it here and got out coached at the end - again.

We paid 100 million for a coach who would finish games.

We got 100 million for a coach who punts and plays for ties.

For as long as I live I will never understand that call. Insane.

Kentucky was going to play for the FG there even if you don’t convert. You go for that 10/10 times unless you’re playing scared. Lane played scared.

Brian Kelly was checked out and deserved to be fired, but even he was never as much of a pussy as Lane was tonight.

Hopefully this is a learning experience that Lane takes to heart.

Ridiculous

He lost a lot of the fanbase tonight. That punt was the worst call I can remember an LSU coach making in 10+ years which is saying something considering who has been coaching.

Trusted the gay defense more than the shitty offensive line

If our OL wasn't getting manhandled and our QB turning the ball over, he probably would've gone for it.

Not going for it makes no sense given who he has been.

He needs to stop leaning on the defense.

LSU wasn’t even running the ball poorly tonight. They pretty much did what they wanted when they ran the ball.

100%. And if they do get the FG, we might have more time left to try and do something at the end of regulation.

As much as the commentators were talking up our defense in the 2nd half (and they did improve on rush defense), we were still giving up way too many chunk plays to leave the game on their shoulders.
