Change of plans, had to call an audible.
Guests have been in Argentina and ate a lot of beef, so now I'm cooking some fish.
Probably with a simple garlic lemon butter sauce, but if I see some lump crab at the grocery store, I might make a topping.

Having about 30 people over so sticking with boudin, burgers, hotdogs and grilling whatever anyone else brings, hoping to be done around 6:15 to get settled in. Beers till halftime then the whiskey is coming out.

Bob the Terrible’s mustard and pickle pie
the basic recipe is:
pie crust
2 cauliflowers diced
4 pickles quartered
4 tbsp butter
4 tsp mustard
1 oz grape jam
cut it all up, put it in a pie crust, bake 325 40 minutes

St. Louis style ribs smoked all day. No alcohol though. Have to drive home. My two younger brothers and I will be at my nephew‘s house in Slidell.
