While Baskerville actually played assignment football and made tackles around the LOS. Novel concept for our LB'ers this year!

re: Clark didn’t play a down today
so you're telling me... sticking to assignments and initiating contact prevents explosive plays in the run game??? we might be onto something boys

Shame we have no ne to replace Harris. There is a huge weak link.

re: Clark didn’t play a down today
He was a few form tackles away from being the best player on the defensive side of the ball today...Those arm and shoe string tackles Turned tackles for a loss into positive plays...But he was in position and gave it hell and Im happy with that this year...

Nobody tackles in CFB anymore! The rules are all so geared to the offense that the defensive players have to lay back and that split second of hesitation hurts them.

Saw him on the Extra Point plays

#4 did not try to tackle the WR in the first half, as he slowed down and did not contact him until too late.

He also takes bad angles and is frequently lost in the backfield.
