The hiring of Lane Kiffin was a masterclass in stealth, and all the moving parts working together seamlessly. If any part of the plan had failed the end result could have been very different.

For LSU to take a coveted coach, much of his staff, and probably star players from a conference rival during their historic season is a coup that is devastating to Ole Miss.
There is no doubt there will quickly be a “Kiffin Rule” to prohibit it from happening again.
The SEC Rant uproar is not surprising as the events have shaken the order of things that existed before yesterday.
