Very nice. I am 36, with a RHR of around 54. Been trying to track each morning, but not going to be too accurate with a 3 year old waking you up with flying elbows.

34 years old
Resting heart rate was 47 last time I gave blood and had to call a doctor to get approved because my heart rate was too low.
Apparently the cutoff is 50.

I am 32 and mine ranges from 36-42 usually according to my Garmin
50 and over and I can tell my body is overstressed.
Doctor told me don't get in a car wreck, it may not pump hard enough to get blood to my extremities

Curious to know, of those of you with at or sub 50 RHR, how many of you use cycling as a part of your exercise routine?
My back yard borders a rails to trails path. Most of my workouts are HIIT, whether they're weightroom oriented or plyos. But i do try to get on the bike at least once a week for a quick sprint
During the summer when I'm on the bike 3-4 times a week my RHR goes down significantly.
