I’d support a poor man’s tax. Owners would have to pay up if they spend under the floor. They could then choose to pay the tax for a year or two when in rebuilding period.

I saw a video recorded out of someone's car window as they drove pass a data center under construction. They point was to show how massive they are. I was thinking I've seen furniture distribution centers that large. :lol:
