age 22 and is 55 while my BP is usually 110/70 or lower unless im exercising.

It almost seems like the younger guys have a higher RHR.

I'm 27. My resting heart rate is 45-50 depending on the day. I really messed that up in my cigarette and tons of caffeine days, but it seems to have come back down.

According to Apple Watch my year to date HR average is 53.

2018 it was 49.

25 years old.

Low 60s: 62-64 at 47.

I decided to switch to the WHOOP fitness band next week. I’ll let you guys know how it goes in comparison to my older Fitbit HR.

I’m 49. RHR averages 41-43. Question - I’ve always felt that my extremities (hands / feet) were always unusually cold in the winter or in cold weather- moreso than others . does anybody else feel this way with a low RHR?
