One of the worst things ever did was try to run through flareup of IT band syndrome. Ended up having to take off about six months before I could comfortably run a mile. Since that time I’ve tried to start listening to my body.
Had several good months of 25 to 35 mile weeks up until about two weeks ago. Had a gout flareup in my ankle and had to shut it down. I have never had gout before it was one of the most painful 48 to 72 hours I’ve ever experienced.

I agree. Streaming it in real time I saw it hit the ash player. Looking at a replay, I focused on the officials and none of them seem to indicate a ball hitting the ash player.
I assume they would toss a bean bag if they thought this occurred? I’m not an official though.

Based on what I’ve read here it probably should’ve been Ruston’s ball. Only thing I can think of is maybe the officials didn’t see the ball touch the ASH player.

This location is the worst of them all.
A lot of what you’re describing sounds like a bad motherboard. They have a limited lifespan. Usually it’s a thermistor that goes bad and causes all kinds of inaccurate readings. The part is very cheap and somewhat easy to replace but requires you to solder it on the motherboard.
If you choose to replace the motherboard I’d go with Hayward brand. I accidentally bought an aftermarket one and it was creating all kinds of error codes.

What type of salt system do you have? This may help give more accurate info on how to trouble shoot the issue.
Just bought a set of 4 for my Yukon for $900, including mount & balance, from Quicklane at the local ford dealer in Alexandria. They have a promo buy 3 get the fourth for $1. I will also be getting $70 rebate in the mail. If they have one in your area it may be worth checking out.
Ran my 10K race this morning. Finished with time of 44:26. Surprised i went sub 45 but things came together.

Mine are Max 1.
I was surprised at the issue they caused because they felt really good out of the box. They did not cause pain during the run and felt really responsive but the next day or two was miserable. I initially thought it was because I was out of shape or doing too much but anytime I’d wear other shoes I couldn’t replicate the issue.
I now wear them as a work shoe when I’m standing for 8+ hours and they feel great.

In all the shoes I’ve run in this is the only shoe I was unable to tolerate. It gave me pain so bad I. The anterior compartment of my leg I could barely walk the next day. Unfortunately took me several runs to make the connection.
I would agree with you that I do not feel that sub 45 is in the bag. Recovery period. We’re about 3 1/2 minutes of jogging.@ 9:25-9:30 and walking recovery for a minute and a half between the 800s. If I had to run it yesterday, I do not think I could’ve hit it, but it seems like something that could be attainable if things were to come together perfectly.
I have run sub 45 before although it’s been two or three years ago, with a PR at 42:10.

Had a quality workout today building towards a 10k in March. 2 x 2 mile @ 7:25, 1 mile @ 7:05, 800 x 2 (7:05 & 6:48). Jogging recovery between intervals.
It’s been awhile since I’ve run a race or even worked out with any intent. Initial goal was to go sub 50 minutes when I first started a couple months ago now I’m tempted to try and go sub 45.

For this area that is extremely hilly. Most of my runs are less than 20 ft of elevation gain unless I venture to the trails at kisatchie.
Complete clusterfrick they created in that parking lot this week!!

The one time I ran it there was a 10-15 mph headwind the entire race and warm for December. Haven’t run it again because of the potential for those conditions again.
re: UPDATE: FIXED Best electric backpack sprayer? WTH is wrong with my backpack sprayer?

Quick look on craftsman website shows a 3 year limited warranty on the sprayer. It may be worth a call.
Just curious as to what her objection might be. I had this same issue a couple years ago and switched to direct stream and my wife hasn’t really noticed a difference.
I opted for a TC5 two years ago. Absolutely love it and have had zero issues.
