My gym is shutdown.

Anyone know any good gyms in the NOLA area that will let me do a one or two week pass?

I thought about doing something like that but I’m not convinced they also won’t shut down. No garage gym so bodyweight workouts it is.

Mine too. Thankfully I work in an office that has a bunch of 18 wheeler tires, slegehammers, ropes, and all kinds of other fun shite to play around with. I'm gonna be like Rocky training to fight Drago.
I'd prepare for all gyms to be shut down eventually.
Out of curiosity, what gym were you going to in the NOLA area?

JCC uptown. They said originally for 2 weeks but appears it’s going to be longer with everything coming out today.

Jeff Cavalier put out a home workout yesterday.
The PERFECT Home Workout
I'm going to try it. Would be a nice change of pace for a few weeks. I also just bought a Power Tower/Captain's Chair for Pull/Chin ups, Dips and Hanging Ab work.
ETA: I put this in a Word Doc just for format's sake. So i can email that anyone that doesn't want to deal with it.

Same here, all Lifetime Fitness gyms closed down nationwide. Looks like the home gym it is!

Our governor is shutting down gyms starting tomorrow. I go to LA fitness and they never have released a statement or anything.

My gym identifies as a "Health Improvement Facility" and not as a gym - so they will stay open
