The vast majority of people lift weights only to look muscular with little or no real practical applications. And if on the occasion your muscles come in handy, it’s nothing compared to the hours weekly spent working out

If you don’t play sports or lift competitively then Olympic lifts are dumb
Also maybe I’m just blessed with good genes but I’ll say it anyway. Hitting the gym hard as frick is more important than all this organic/meal prep/healthy eating shite. You can do that all you want but as long as you keep doing your 40 min machine routine you ain’t going to get the results you want. I hit it HAAARD 5-6 days a week and eat whatever the frick I want and look just as good or better than all these meal prepper. Now if you can do both...well then you got something brother

No way that’s an unpopular opinion. If you asked somebody why they workout pretty much everyone would say “to look good” or to “stay in shape.” Not “because I want to be able to move heavy shite”

Wtf would I ever need to run 3 miles for? Please explain that. There is zero reason I'm to ever do that other than you enjoy it or it is a goal.
