I liked the guys other show Baby Reindeer,

i fricking loved Baby Reindeer. Thought it was one of the best series from that year
Started to watch it because HBO has a great track record with limited series. Got the vibe from the first 10 min that the guy that comes back to terrorize Jamie Bell's wedding was his gay lover from back in high school so i said nah im good. Could be wrong but thats the direction it seemed to be going in.
KCD1 is on sale right now for $6. I went ahead and picked it up yesterday. I’ve been meaning to try these games for awhile but I know they’re both pretty long and require patience. The story has me really wanting to give it a shot though: I love history and a good game plot is my main selling point.

I feel like KCD1 became a cult classic years after it came out. I seem to recall most people hating it when it first came out then it really started to grow once people got the hang of the mechanics and settled into the realism of it. KCD2 was a big deal and I’m sure KCD3 will be even bigger.

I do really want to dive into the Black Flag remaster though so I’ll probably wait to start KCD1 after that.

I’m halfway done with it and I agree it’s nice not to have to battle a crowded gym and just be able to stick to one bench the whole workout. This thing is tough when sticking to 90 second breaks between super sets. I’ve never sweated as much as I have with this program. I picked it just hoping to just maintain since it’s only 3 days but I’ve actually been getting great results and I think it’s the recovery like you said and the full body template.

Other 3 day plans:

Turnt up: I tried this one a couple years ago but didn’t finish, just got busy. I think it’s the same 3 workouts every week with Wednesday and Fridays being pretty tough.

Superset: similar to DB strength 2 in that it’s all supersets. Haven’t ran this one but am considering it next because I’m liking the 3 day as well.

Stronger than a garlic milkshake

70s big: can be ran as a 3 day. Did it a couple summers ago and enjoyed it. Some days have a ton of volume (12 set squat day)
Binged this last night. What an epic documentary. Thought it was really well done. Dean’s death at the end after he finally found some peace and stability was brutal. He had some demons and to me it seemed like he had ADHD. That competitive spirit that he just couldn’t quite suppress ended up getting him in the end.

Seemed like such a freak thing that both him and Graham just happened to BOTH frick up on the same flight. Started cuttin onions when they showed his dog still living at the end.

Just got out. Scariest movie since probably Smile 1. My god that was unsettling. 5 stars from me. The chick absolutely makes it. Without her performance it’s just an average horror

Allen was easy money. Costa is good but like I said that’s a big step up in talent he’s facing. Allen has fought the best of the best and has been in some wars. He gave Silva a hell of a fight and I think Silva is the best striker in the division.

Looks like we’re off next week then a 6am card in China to end the month

LETS frickIN GOOOOO ITS ABOUT TIME :dude:
Great fight. Allen has been 1 step ahead but Costa landing as well
Pretty dissapointing showing from Wellmaker they hyped him up pretty hard
Wasn’t pretty but was pretty relentless

Nice scrap. Little guys were throwing
Ehh I doubt it. Always been pretty anti “washed ufc fighter” promotions. I’d rather watch real fighters compete at the highest level. Not that there’s anything wrong with these promotions, I get the appeal. They just don’t personally do anything for me. Never seen a Jake Paul fight either.

Back to the Apex tonight. Big step up in talent for Costa. Allen has lost 3 of his last 4 but he went the distance and looked pretty good against a super dangerous Jean Silva his last fight.
I watched it when I was pretty young and feel like I didn’t appreciate it as much as I would now

Did a week in Maui a few summers ago.

Definitely do the sunrise on Mt Haleakala. You’re going to have to get up super early but it’s worth it to see the sun rise over the clouds when the weather is right.

Try to get a reservation at mamas fish house. Books up months in advance. Really great ocean side spot with great food.

Road to Hana is an all day affair that you’ll either love or hate. Some on here say it was the best thing the did and some say it’s not worth the commitment it takes and the roads are to sketchy. We went about halfway and turned back and really enjoyed it. Stopped and swam in a lot of water falls and a lot of other cool spots. Didn’t have any issues with a jeep on the narrow roads, not counting my wife freaking out. They can get backed up in spots, though.

Snorkeling at Molokini crater was also great.

We stayed on the east side of Maui close to Kaanapali beach and the sunsets were absolutely amazing. It’s the main thing I remember from Maui. People lined along the beach for the sunsets. Enjoy

Decided to give Dr. Jacked a try

Dr jacked and return of Dr jacked are probably my 2 favorite PPSAs. Feel like that’s the best I’ve ever looked running those back to back. They are 5x a week programs which can be tough but they’re not super long or hard, they’re just right IMO.
