Pride just jizzed his shorts over the possibility of less pro golf in the state of Louisiana. Says a lot about you that you don't give two shits about actual golf and just want to troll the board.

Dude you have your LIV bot settings miscalculated. All the LIV botters in unison are saying LIV chose to do this to get out of Nola in June and will be back in the fall

But it’s also very clear that Louisiana asked LIV to prove they wouldn’t have any funding issues come LIV Nola and they couldn’t do that.

This is called made up bullshite.

I would say all signs point to this being most likely story though.

You jizz your pants over any slightly negative news about the PGA Tour. Why? I don’t know but maybe don’t throws stones in glass houses bud. Jim is the biggest LIV guy on the board and he doesn’t even do that

A week ago you said it was “fake news” and categorically false LIV New Orleans was in doubt. Maybe sit this one out

LIV blowing up is good for golf. It makes sense for a golf fan to be happy for that. I 100% want lib to fail and it has nothing to do with this board

Honestly it’s hard to call what LIV is “pro golf”.

I love the idea of Brian “wormtongue” Rolapp whispering in Jeff Landry’s ear at the Zurich convincing him to cancel LIV Nola.

LIV’s last two events have 1) Needed a last minute, circle the wagons meeting in the days right before the event in order to guarantee the event could go forward and 2) been postponed.

To act like this is all some figment of the “corrupt golf media’s imagination” is wild.

ETA: The two most recent to be in the news I should say. They really need LIV Korea and Virginia to go off without as much as a whisper of an issue.

Never played this course but it sounds like at the minimum they got a free 2 million dollar renovation out of the deal.

State paid for that

LIV's biggest contribution to the game of golf will end up being the new driving range at Bayou Oaks.

Full steam ahead!

I wonder if LIV made them sod out the entire driving range or if that was one of Landry’s baws getting a taste.

Part of the range is celebration grass, per LIV’s request. That’s the area where the pros would have been hitting from.

The rest of the range is a different type of grass (can’t remember which). The only issue delaying opening of the range is the celebration grass growing deep enough roots for the agronomy team to be comfortable.

Typical state of LA government to botch this (or as a favor to PGA Tour after “talks” this past weekend).

So let’s get this straight, LIV doesn’t have sufficient funding for LIV Louisiana but 7 of their 8 remaining events are still on schedule?

Jim even you aren’t this fricking stupid

Sources with knowledge of LIV's operations tell @FOS that the league and Louisiana officials will consider a new September or October date in order to avoid summer heat, ensure championship course condition, and avoid conflicts with the FIFA World Cup.

The summer heat in Nola and World Cup are new things they didn’t know about when they scheduled it originally?
