..."we have made the strategic decision to explore..."

Translation: We have no earthly idea how we will be able to stage a LIV party with an associated exhibition golf event in the New Orleans area in 2026.

Long LIV Golf!

Livs biggest bots on Twitter have admitted defeat after that announcement. Brutal

They fricking walked 24 hours to literally say they moved the tournament for heat and other sports. Jim the Saudis are putting a jihad on your arse

We'd rather compete in Louisiana with NFL and CFB. Lord have mercy.

We don’t want to play right now because it’s going to be 92 in the shade and there’s a soccer tournament going on… We’re going to wait until September and risk it still being 92 in the shade, maybe a tropical system trekking our way, and everybody in America is glued to a football game.

I played bayou oaks south a week ago. It was in great shape.

There's also an inch+ of rain forecast for saturday. You'd know that if you lived here.

Looks like the LIV players aren’t the only ones not playing Bayou Oaks South Course this year.

This is the availability for Saturday, looks like the course has issues to me, if the locals aren’t turning up either?

"Looks like the course has issues to me" from a guy that has never played there and gets his info based on tee times on a day it's expected to rain.

Man, Jim dserves better than you as a back up

Dude would you kill a Christian in the name of LIV to get your 7 virgins? The shite you post is ridiculous

Of all the failures of LIV, which there are countless, their biggest is not putting any money in marketing and thinking they could run it like they do their govt run Muslim propaganda. Problem is that doesn’t work on the real world and it makes them look insane

I smell a 14th LIV team brewing... Scottie, Sam Burns, Cam Young, and Spieth bring the Prostestants and Catholics back together to form Crusader GC. Somebody has to avenge our Middle Ages ancestors and finally kill this dying dog in the name of Jesus.

Ok well there's an inch scheduled for Friday. it's Jazzfest weekend, and it's Wednesday. I'll guess that people make tee times between now and Saturday. And, as someone who plays out there during the week on occasion the parking lot is usually pretty full on random days.

If anything bayou oaks gets too much play. 100+ dollars on Saturday mornings and it stays crowded.

Thats a serious deflection.

That will be the straw that breaks the camels back.

No funding means no Rahm or Bryson, which means no league.

Bryson will be fine, but curious to see what Rahm does with his spat ongoing with the DP world tour.

Does anyone see them finishing the year “as normal”? Even Jim?
