I've not had the dinning experiences that many if not most of you have had
but here's my list....
Souffle' potatoes from Antoine's NOLA
Turtle soup from Galatoire's NOLA
Beet and goat cheese salad from Broussard's NOLA
Oysters Rockefeller from Grand Marlin Pensacola
Dover sole from Joe's Seafood Las Vegas
slice New York cheesecake I'm sure I can find a good one
All with a.nice pinot grigio
but here's my list....

The meal I most often crave is Vietnamese grilled pork and eggroll Vermicelli bowl. If I'm about to die I would want that one last time. Very simple but good.

A Mexican chicken casserole from my mom with an ice cold Modelo draft and a basket of chips and queso
The eyelashes pork chop from Perry’s with the apple sauce with a pour of buffalo trace
An order of fried crab claws with hush puppies with another beer
A bbq Dino bone with another beer
And for dessert I want a slice each of my grandmas cheesecake, mom’s pound case and an order of bread pudding from Amore with a glass of crown vanilla on the rocks.
I don’t plan on waiting to the execution. I plan on eating myself to death

Just put me in front a really good sushi bar. Bluefin toro, uni, salmon roe with a quail egg, a bunch of sashimi heavy on the yellowtail, grilled snapper collars, real wasabi, half dozen raw bayside oysters, and for desert a pack of lifesavers.
