I tend to agree with the simplicity theory. More than 5 ingredients and things start to get lost.

Tuna Salad on white.

Cheap too. $0.95 pouch made 3 large sandwiches last week.

Tuna, crushed pineapple (already had some opened instead of apple), boiled egg, pickle relish, mustard and mayo, black pepper, white pepper, tarragon.

I am also a huge fan of pb and honey on wheat. Banana is optional. (Fun fact-ourdaily bread sells this sandwich!)

Boudin and mayo on Evangeline Maid.
Sometimes add a runny fried egg with crisp whites.

You must really bulk it up with your eggs and pineapple if one pouch made 3 sandwiches. Those pouches are only a couple of ounces.

Just 1 egg and about a 1.5 teaspoons pineapple. It was store brand and I was surprised too. Must be bigger than Starkist and BumbleBee, like maybe 3oz vs name brand 2oz or something?

hard to beat a good BLT
Agreed, I started a thread some time last year just to sing the praises of the BLT

I don't buy sliced bread often but usually have bagels, and a toasted asiago bagel BLT has become my go to. It's killer.

Don’t think I didn’t notice that you changed red onion to cheese!

For some reason, I rarely add cheese if there is avocado on the sandwich. And I eliminate the red onion only if I have arugula on hand. Weird?

Salami, pepperoni, american cheese, lettuce, giardiniera, mayo, spicy mustard on a hoagie roll. Has been my go to lunch for a long time.

I'll put it on a wrap if I am trying to be healthy.
