Yes I found them. I was hoping to save the $200 delivery fee if there was a company already out there.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a boat rental company on the diversion? Looking to rent a pontoon boat for 10 people for a full day.
Vacuum pump for my brake booster needs to be replaced due to it leaking oil, and while watching a video, I saw this delete video while searching. Has anyone done this? Should I replace or delete the pump on a 2017 1500?

Also I have the DoD delete done so I think that makes the delete better??

It was localized behind the shower. The remediation company just zipwalled it and put that HEPA filter in it while they tore it out and cleaned it up. Not sure if that was appropriate or not, but a mold inspector in the family told me what to do and that it should be fine.

I am in TX. They admitted to it in writing in a letter, texts messages, and a recorded phone call. Also, I get it's small peanuts, but f*** them.

Small Claims Court

I recently bought a house, and the sellers left a water/mold issue off the seller's disclosure and intentionally covered up the problem. I found it after the keys were turned over in the back corner of the master closet. I have them admitting to the issue a couple of times on record and acknowledging they knew about it.

I missed it on walkthroughs, and the inspector missed this when looking at the house.

Total repairs and mold remediation cost me approximately. $2500 bucks. Is it worth bringing them to small claims court over? At first, it seemed like they were going to play nice and cover my costs, but then started crawfishing, so I sent a Letter of Demand. They responded with a letter saying "it was like that when they purchased the home.... they didn't know there was a mold issue, and some other sob story language about not being able to afford to pay for the damages and selling this home was hard for them..." They offered me $600 bucks and want me to feel bad for them.

Out of principle I want to take them to court and seek full compensation. I have never even remotely done something like this, so any help is appreciated.
I sold mine through FB. Just have to ignore lowballs and be patient. I had a guy drive down from Arkansas and pay me my asking price on it.

Sprayed my winter weed cocktail this morning.

I did get a quote for all-new Palmetto St. Aug in the back and around my front tree. Landscaper wants to bring in fresh dirt, till/level, and lay new grass. Pricing is fair and I can have a fresh start quickly.

I will probably hit eject and let them do it, and I will maintain. Also getting quotes to trim my oaks. They're pretty full

My PBs are fine. Anything with a painted, chrome, or SS finish has been okay. My barbell is the only thing with some surface rust. I am in HTX

I will plant some squares once I have everything going in the right direction. I don't want to plant too early. Maybe Sunday evening I will have everything done.

And yes. I need to get someone to trim this big oak. It's too large for me to handle.

My path forward seems somewhat simple in below order.

1. Cleggs weed cocktail
2. Level and top dress
3. 13-13-13
4. Aerate
5. Water a lot

Thinking budget-friendly on this one. The house is somewhat of a "fixer-upper" so full resodding to zoysia is probably out of question. Spending cash in other areas for now.

Bought a new house and owners before me turned the irrigation system off. We also had to get drain lines replaced in the backyard yard so its pretty much lost. I spent the weekend cleaning out flower beds, and I have all my spray heads marked so i can QAQC the system before laying any new grass. I also think the drain guys may have covered some up.

What is the best path forward to have a quality yard?

Can I save the front with water and weed and feed? If so, what product should I get? Should I patch in sod? Assuming I will have to waer a lot around my big oak.

In the back should I kill it all with Roundup, till/level, and resod? Its probably close to a pallet's worth, so it wouldn't be too bad of a job.

Just went to Best Buy to lay eyes on them .

I am between the 75" Sony X90L and Hisense U8N. Hisense has more brightness

I am pretty sold on the Sony X90L but came across this Hisense for $300 less. How does this compare?

I am more indecisive now than ever after doing some research. Wish I could spring for the OLED.

The budget is somewhere around $1000

Yeah, I am not hard to please. I watch a minimal amount of sports.

Any soundbar recommendations?
