I like Uncle Larry’s on everything but it has a kick to it so I have to watch when I cook anything for the kids to not overdo it.

I use Tony’s for salt as my all purpose seasoning. I’ll add garlic powder, Cavenders, and a little black pepper for an all purpose grilling seasoning.

I use sucklebuster SPG but any SPG will do.

Is that the Jimmy Babin seasoning?

I use my own mix for most but do like Camp Dog as a second.

It's situational for me. I grew up with Tony's and still use it where the salt is needed. Cajun two-step original is pretty good and light on the salt. One that I keep in the pantry that's a secret weapon is T-Boy's white pepper seasoning. It's good in anything with a white/cheese sauce such as alfredo and seafood au-gratin.

I've gotten mine both in Mamou, a short drive.

I always used Cajun Land Crab Boil, then found that they have a cajun AP seasoning and it is great. Threw all the Tonys out.

NuNu’s, Slap Ya Mama, most Meat Church blends, and lately been using Ragin Cajun blends.
