Kid friendly places to eat in downtown Atlanta near the Aquarium?
Posted by Tmar1no on 6/17/26 at 9:47 am
Any Recomendations?
Highly reccomend Dolfy's. That is the best pork dish i have ever tasted in my life.
Also, something out of the ordinary is this amazing italian place in the 7th ward that has dinner downstairs and then has burlesque shows upstairs nightly directly after dinner called Pulcinella. Dinner and a show

Tips for the Atlanta Aquarium and things nearby
Posted by Tmar1no on 6/8/26 at 9:11 am
Taking my 3 year old son who is obsessed with whales and all things sea animals to th atlanta aquarium in 2 weeks. He is very excited. Any tips on tickets discounts, time to go...etc.
Any cool things nearby worth checking out like the coke factory or the childrens museum,
We are staying across the street at the hyatt so should be easy getting there, although they charge $60 a night to park which is hwy robbery.

Just did it on royal carribean cruise last week, two 1/5ths in rum runners wrapped in clothes. With how quick they need to get bags on the boat, i think they pick out random bags to check.

Any character (even side chracters) that have more than a few lines will most likely resurface later in the show. Try to remember the characters.
Like one poster said you need to pay attention to everything and this isnt a "be on your phone" show.
Enjoy the ride. I am on season 5 of a rewatch and Season 4 may be my favorite season.

re: Anyone done easter at the grand hotel fairhope?

Never been for easter, but have been for Christmas, 4th of july, and i think labor day. They usually go all out with decorations and events for every holiday. Most are not free, but usually they decorate the area around the big ponds very well.
meant to say they dont taste AS GOOD
In south Louisiana, It's really tempting to buy the $4.99/lb chinese crawfish tails for certain dishes. They dont taste as good but they are servicable
I like to buy local ($12-16/lb) for dishes like etouffee

Royal Carribean - Utopia of the Seas Tips and Trick
Posted by Tmar1no on 3/9/26 at 9:12 am
Wife (no pics) and I were looking to get away for a few days without the kids and decided to book a short cruise. I am not a huge crusier, only going on pretty bad cruises out of new orleans and 1 disney cruise which was nice.
The allure of these new Mega-Ships looked interesting to us so we pulled the trigger.
Has anybody been on the Utopia of the Seas out of Port Canaveral and has any tips and tricks on improving the trip?

Things to do in Sonoma/Santa Rosa that are NOT wine related
Posted by Tmar1no on 2/24/26 at 10:02 am
Staying in Santa Rosa in early May on points and looking for some reccomended non-winery things to do.
We plan on visiting a bunch of wineries and getting a driver for at least one day, but we are looking for some other activities that you would reccomend to fill out the itinerary?
Edit: we will have a rental car and enjoy medium difficulty hikes and food tours.
Thanks
