Played guard in jr high and high school. OLine coaches always preached, if you don’t know who to block, hit the first odd color jersey you see. Check the inside backer first. Always protect inside first then fan out. Have freakin peripheral vision. It’s not rocket science folks. For the life of me I cannot understand how lineman can just let someone go by them unmolested at times.

I park near the lsu band building on Aster street. Been doing that for years. The area has been getting worse as time progresses. In fact, my truck took bullets during an on campus gang related shooting for last year’s Ole Miss game. There has been a huge difference in that area this year as compared to last year; and not in a good way. Luckily we left early enough to avoid the closure of Highland. The vap shop on the corner of Aster and Highland had a huge presence of YNs. It’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when some innocent family or bystanders get caught up in direct fire or in a crossfire. There needs to be a discussion of political leaders and influencers about this area before it’s too late. But I’m afraid it’s too late because that area is worse than ever.

Been there. Raised 3 kids after separation from the ex. I had my parents and a couple of aunts who would help when I was away at work. Kept mentally focused on my kids. I wanted to keep things as normal as possible. I didn’t let them see me upset or any negative vibes. Took them to the park, went to the movies, cooked their favorite meals, went to church every Sunday. The good Lord definitely had his hand assisting me. And last but not least, I tried to let them know and feel loved no matter what life throws at you.

Was using salt and pepper for years. The last couple of times i used Ragin Cajun Steak Seasoning, it’s on point. That is my go to for now.

Plenty of good advice here for you. Like others were saying: have a good lift routine and implement HITT with it. Cut out the processed foods and go with whole fruits and vegetables. Cut out the sugars; this is the main evil. Try fasting. Do a cold plunge or cold shower for a minute or two. Supplement with Omega-3, magnesium, niacin, methy folate.
