Suplecs (metal band) used to play there every Mardi Gras evening, I believe I attempted to go one year in the early 2000’s but couldn’t rally into the door. It was always a dive bar every sense of the term. I’ve seen some other bands there as well.
C3nola travels outside New Orleans. Good guys.
In. Need some TD gear to wear in the quad.
Target has it in bulk packs. FYI

Research your machines online before purchase. I bought a cheaper Amana combo a few years ago and the control board crapped out on the washer. Never again.

As mentioned, the mixing values will be different. The tub filler should just unscrew and you would screw on the new one, unless it’s a different length. Some plumbers use a copper stub out that’s sautered at the 90°, out the wall, from the mixing value so that might get a little technical if you need to adjust length.

If you don’t plan on demoing the shower, you can cut an access on the rear of the wet wall to access shower valve. Be aware that the existing shower valve is most probably anchored to some dead wood that will need to be surgically removed. Before you can cut the valve loose and reattach new value.

Make sure you purchase a value with the same number of functions.

Depending on valve size & how much play you have with the pipes, you might need to offset the water lines a bit so if you’re going to cut an access, make sure it’s larger enough. You can Amazon almost any size access panel to finish off the hole you’ve cut. I’ve also made them afterward with scrap plywood and 1x.

Good luck!

I would steer clear of burying these fitting inside a closed wall.
I also did the I-spring 3 stage system. You can choose you filters. I installed an in-line sediment filter before the manifold with a 1/4 turn dump on the bottom. We love it.

I also did a reverse osmosis at the kitchen sink.

I installed both systems and am sure anyone with the correct tools could do it as well.

For good measure, I also did a titanium anode rod for the water heater. Might be overkill, but the water quality has been superb.
The easiest way would get a cover plate via Amazon in the color finish of your existing hardware.

Trying to color match with some sort of epoxy or filler sounds like an absolute disaster.

I think they make the stick on ones where you can’t access the backside. I’d silicon that one on if so.

Had them a couple functions. Zero complaints and like stated, clean.

Looks like the rain going to hold out. Y’all be safe and have fun!
You’re looking at $1250-1500 for the install in the city. Minus unit or extra work. Might get a one man show to do it for cheaper.
You have one hvac system for 1st and second floor? Am I reading this correctly?
I feel like I’ve lost brain cells after watching this. I feel like they plucked a random white trash teenager from a Westbank gas station and dropped him in this chair.
Nothing newsworthy here, typical bywayer antics. Most of these folks don’t even live down there and flew back to New York yesterday.

I miss pre Katrina bywater where Kermit would pull up and bbq at Vaughns.
Errol is not doing well. Hope he makes it the whole night!
I did the primitivo section. Apparently was one of the harder routes, but I didn’t want flat ground the whole time. Let me know if you have any questions. I highly suggest it.
Surprised those clowns didn’t shoot one another.
Great company doing it. Big Reno. Looking forward to seeing final finish.
