Coursey didn’t connect to Airline

Coursey connected with Airline sometime in the mid 80's, I think. The connection with Bluebonnet across Airline come later. I remember when Kiva's was on Airline, the building is a motorcycle business, or was, I haven't paid attention recently. I know my wife and I ate at Kiva's in the late 80's early 90's.
Generally, I like Albasha (Bluebonnet is where we usually dine), but the last couple years, the results have been hit and miss. The Sharama has been dry and overcooked, the lamb shank flavorless. Their pitas are no better than grocery store versions. We had started alternating Albasha's and Serop's until they closed their Corporate location. My preferred Greek restaurant has always been Zorba's. Although, admittedly, we order different things there. Not sure I've ever had their Sharama or Gyro, maybe at lunch.

Celery has taste!

I always put onion, green bell pepper & celery in white beans. Cut them small and put them in for the last 30 minutes of cooking, you may notice the celery crunch, but the onion and bell pepper will not be noticeable, other than the green color of the bell pepper bits.
