Mark Clattenburg just made a really good suggestion in regards to time wasting on NBCSN. If a player is deemed to be time wasting on a throw-in, instead of issuing him a yellow card (thereby wasting more time), the ref simply awards the throw-in to the opposite team. Same principle on goalkicks...
