Had a friend eat there recently and enjoy her meal. My expectations are "Sonny's" level and I think it will be fine.

This is why we can't have anything nice in BR, everybody shits on it instantly and it doesn't last
Not saying the Shed is "nice" but just in general.
It's fine BBQ from what I had in MS, not world class (I judge by John Lewis' brisket) but probably better than anything I've had around town. Will see if quality is good enough at this location.

I've stopped at the Shed on the way to or from the beach five or six times over the past three years and somehow, I've never felt the need to throw the food away.
I'm sure I can be called a snob sometimes on the food board, but some of you are a little overboard with this kind of stuff.

people act like there's actual BBQ in baton rouge to compare this to and/or put it to shame
the shed in ocean springs is an awesome place to eat/drink/hang out. the food is just OK but its just smoked meat for frick sake, and always good enough
