This. I can always eat a slice of pizza And it’s just as good cold for breakfast as it is hot at dinner time.

Boiled Crawfish
I kind of look fwd to waking on a crisp 60 degree cool spring morning, going into the patio fridge and pulling out some cold boiled crawfish to eat for breakfast.

That's a tough one. It narrows down to gumbo or boudin. I just got done eating 2 links of boudin with creole mustard after working in my garden for a couple hours and it went down so well.
With that said, I think I have to go with gumbo since I eat far more of it than boudin on a yearly basis.

Kartchner's
I've tried but never gotten good boudin at Kartchner's. I find the Krotz Spring store smells bad right when you walk in.. Smells like rotten meat and the boudin, always seems like it's been out for a while, the color and texture are off.

Pizza is definitely the easiest answer.
A simple ham sandwich is always an easy go to.
hashbrowns and scrambled eggs on toast

Virtually any properly cooked piece of meat or seafood. I’m just not that picky.
