Dutch Oven

I'm embarrassed to admit that I didn't own one until just a few years ago and now there's no way I could do without one. I currently have four different sized units.

Mortar and Pestle

Nothing I use daily, but when the task is needed, this gets the job done like nothing else.

Electric knife. The turkey actually looked decent after I carved it!

Flexible cutting mats....I have beaucoup cutting boards, but it's nice to have 4-5 thin flexible cutting mats so I can grab a clean one for the next prep task.

I love my immersion blender. I've had one for a very long time, but the memory of transferring soups etc... to a blender in batches to puree still lingers in my nightmares.
