Really drastically depends on where you are. I was in SW LA this weekend and the fawns are now nearly momma sized. In coastal MS our fawns still have spots.
For what its worth, I shot does for a big ranch in texas a few times. They shoot dry does first, then does with a single fawn. Never the twins mom. They figure if they are feeding a doe they want one that drops two fawns.

We hunted just north of welsh, not much we got 4. However, this morning i did see thousands of divers riding that front south.

I have the bog fieldpod. I like it better than the death grip because the gun isn't locket into it if i need to reach over and get it out to rack a shell or pick up the shotgun if we are turkey hunting.

I will just tell you that you need a lock in every hole. Also, i now carry 4 tsa locks and 4 non tsa locks as i've had them tell me both are unacceptable and made me purchase the other kind in the airport. Regardless of what the regs are you are at the mercy of the agent on duty. Also had them tell me ammo can't be in the same locked case, which was a disaster because i wasn't planning to check another bag.

People underestimate potatoes. Entire countries have survived decades almost exclusively on potatoes.

I've had two 4.7s go to 300K and have three 5.7s now. Both are great, the 5.7 is considerably better for towing

The mandated reporting comes with some pretty hefty price tags. The quarterly review requirements are pretty weak. So in reality you are just getting informational not audited material. I'm not sure where i fall on this.
