Cold fried shrimp on bread. That’s a great breakfast!

I agree on the lasagna and fried fish. I’ll add spaghetti and corn on the cob to the list.

I’ve taken a bite of cold, leftover steak from the fridge. Just being lazy. Still damn good.

Fried speckled trout. Just throw a few cold filets on Evangeline Maid bread for the GOAT sammich. Maybe a few drops of LA hot sauce.

Roast meat like pork or beef, they seem to have more flavor when cold or room temp.

Worst part about both of those is the solidified fat that you have to dig around, but they are both delicious right out of the fridge.

Ribs, cheeseburgers, gumbo. I made an enchilada lasagna tonight that’s going to be fantastic cold tomorrow. Come to think of it, there’s not much that I won’t eat at lest a bite or 2 cold while the rest is heating up.

My mom like cold white bean sandwiches. Had to be one slice of bread, folded over. Leftover spaghetti with meat sauce? Foldover sandwich. Miss you, Mom.

Jambalaya, cold chicken fajitas from Las Palmas, red beans, pizza…all make wonderful breakfasts (or cold 3 am snacks).
My dad used to eat a banana sandwich with mayonnaise (mynez) on bread. Never could bring myself to do that or taste it.
