First concert I ever went to was Cheap Trick. The Dream Police tour.

While my tastes in music swayed throughout the years, new wave, alternative, prog rock, heavy metal, I've never stopped listening to them.

Really looking forward to seeing them at JF, last time I saw them, weather shortened the show

I saw him in 2019 at the Sea Hear Now festival in Asbury Park, he was great.
Was never impressed with Outpost 45.

Mondo in that spot was great, nothing since then has lasted
It's not good. We went a year or two ago and I hadn't been back until Sunday, I stopped in to have a drink and get some BBQ, brisket was horrible, chicken was ok.

They are letting things run out, they were out a few bourbons, out of ribs, and very short staffed
We had ours put down at home with e a mobile service, she hates going to the vet so we didn't want to put her through that.

You paid in advance and they came to the house, walked us through everything and then did it.

They then let you spend as much time as you need then they take the dog away. We had her cremated and you pick up the ashes in about a week.
I discovered it when Netflix started streaming the first two seasons back in 2023 or so. Watched the third season when it aired on Sci Fi.

I love it. He cracks me up and the sheriff is great.

Looking forward to season 4
In case you haven't seen it or read an article from last week on it, one of the guys that owned Blue Giant on Magazine street recently opened up a place on Veterans, corner of Vets and Homestead.

Dr Jones gets it's name from the initial DR of one owner and the last name of the other.

Very small, no liquor license, but absolutely fantastic.

We have been twice now. Sat at the bar both times.

The mirliton/cabbage salad is fantastic. Crispy chicken bites, excellent.
They had a tuna ceviche special last night as well as tapioca coquettes. Both were incredible.
We shared the roasted eggplant and a side order of the coconut rice with fried garlic. Again, these were great.

Last visit I had the jerk steak which I really liked.

Both owners were there both times, one cooking and the other finishing plates and expiditing.

They also do take out.

Currently only open four days a week, Wed- Sat. Wed Thursday and Friday 11-3 and Saturday 11-9.

They have done one Friday dinner service and they sold out of food.

I can't recommend this place enough

isnt really that exclusive. Weird thing to get mad about.

It isn't, anyone can get nominated for it, just have to have five years in the biz, a few other criteria and then if approved, the actor or their group or someone has to pay for the star to be made.

And if alive, the person has to agree to attend the ceremony
It poured by us around the fair grounds

I'm assuming you are talking the new location? I saw they do have dinner service on Fridays but I'll let them get things worked out before going.

Went for breakfast one day and it wasn't good, wife sent her breakfast back and I thought the hash wasn't good at all.
This horse was announced last year, you are a bit late

re: Jazz Fest Cube Release Date?

Posted by hobotiger on 3/8/25 at 6:23 pm
March 11 is the daily artist release. Cubes tend to come out a month before the fest, so likely end of March
Katrina freezer, multiple occasions. We would meet people at their house after they were away for months and every single one of them felt the need to open the freezer and fridge even after we told them not to.
If the weather is good, The Little House
All I know is when I was in Jamaica for a wedding I ate jerk chicken every single day it was that good.

I honestly have yet to try it at any place other than making it myself

You've never had hot honey before? It's not exactly new in the culinary world
