I was thinking one of the houses at the corner of Fleet and Chelsea. Lived in that neighborhood for 50+ years off Chelsea near a cul de sac. There have always been drugs in Westminster/Pine Park but arrests were few and the drugs mostly weed use and some coke, tho the coke use was more discreet. ...
