Spaghetti, eggs, oatmeal, soups (obviously), sloppy joes, Mac-n-cheese, green beans, etc. I'm assuming that you can chew somewhat. Half of what I listed you can probably just swallow.

Puréed soups/bisques. My dentist gave me a jar of la Madeline tomato soup.
Herbed scrambled eggs

I ate Lipton chicken noodle soup after some dental work, but it didn't last for a week. I keep it on hand for puny times like stomach viruses. Works.

I ate a roast beef po-boy 2 days after I had my wisdom teeth pulled and your still on soft foods a week later?
Anyway, soft fried eggs is what I mostly ate the first couple days.

I would pickup clear soup, egg drop soup, or Thai lemongrass soup before I ate any canned soups.
