Wagyu tomahawk ribeye at Restaurant R'evolution. Was a special one night and worth every penny.
Before that was probably the bone-in ribeyes at a little hole in the wall called Kountry Korner in Sargent, TX.

Daimond Grill can be hit/miss, but on one hit night, I had the best ribeye of my life there.
The dump in Akron, Oh?
Famous for never spending a dime on the actual building and having steaks so tender, you can cut them with a butter knife. (IRL, the forks are bent in half because you have to struggle so much cutting your steak with that dull arse butter knife).

I had a piece of Wagyu beef at Guy Savoy in Paris. It was a small piece as mart of a multi course meal, but it was delicious. That was the best quality piece of beef I ever had.

I've been to this restaurant several times, and always enjoyed a great steak there.
For me, it's Del Frisco's in Houston, TX. Delicious bone-in NY strip.

Filet at Brigtsens is pretty damn good. And reasonably priced.
Galatoires 33 also
Laugh if you will, but the Carne Asada at Santa Fe is basically a 9 oz. Filet for about $30. It's really good.
ETA Ralph's on the Park has a really good Filet too.
