Beer Discussion: What are your top 5 favorite styles?

I used to be heavy into IPA's. From the IBU's arms race of the early 2010's to the balanced and hoppy west coast, to the juicy NEIPA's, it was hard for me to pick another style. Then i started gravitating to sours. First super tart enamel stripping sours, then to more balanced, sours with some funky notes, before i landed on lambics, and specifically, Gueuze. After doing research and brewing a few myself, i gained a huge appreciation for the skill and history of the beer. But no beer has been my go to, as of late, than a pilsner. From the OG historic Pilsner Urquell (favorite) to the newer, more hop aromatic Italian style, and even German Pilsners, i love this beer. And unlike some heavier and more filling ales, i can drink plenty of these. To answer the "if there was only 1 beer you could drink for the rest of your life" then my answer, unequivocally, would be Pilsner Urquell. I find it to be crisp, and complex. It has a slight sulfur tinge, and faint wood age character that can't be replicated. Add some floral and earthy Saaz hops and it's near perfection to me. Pour one in a Dimple, Stein, or Pilsner glass, and the color grabs your attention.

I've noticed over the years, i'm gravitating more to classic styles, not only for the flavor, but the history and tradition of these beers.
