Try brewing a “cold” IPA. I brewed one. Basically a Pilsner but you hop it like a NEIPA. Pilsner water profile, I used Lutra kveik yeast, and followed an NEIPA hop schedule. Beer is relatively clear, fruity, and aromatic. It’s not as flavorful as a true NEIPA, but it isn’t far off and is a bit lighter.

Hazy IPA still my favorite, but getting a little burnt out. Still will get a four-pack of Hop Butcher or Phase Three every week or two. Gravitating back to west coast — hop forward, bitter, pine, citrus.
I love stouts, but there’s a time and place. Hard to crack a 16.9oz or bomber and drink by myself, so most of the BA beers in my possession are sitting in the cellar.
If I’m at a bar or restaurant, I’m typically grabbing a Pale or Pilsner.

Lutra? It’s a very clean yeast. I’m not sure which I prefer, lutra or bootleg biology regal lager. Pretty sure regal is a kveik/lager blend. Both make clean crisp beers.
