He would be the closest thing possible to the guy they just fired.

Would prefer him at Fla. vs him staying at O.Miss. With league realignment coming with the 2 new additions, LSU should drop the Gators as regular opponents, however the new schedule works out. He stays at Oxford & LSU has to play that offense every year.

He won't be at OM next year.

He'll be at 1 of the 3 mentioned or Dolphins opening

Mullen won at Moo State but couldn't at Florida? Crazy. Kiffin is going to be the head of a juggernaut team before his career is over.

I really don’t understand why people don’t want this guy. It blows my mind.

Only if Mario says no.

Either way, AD will be in place this coming week (Jurich).

As a Alabama fan even I find that statement laughable. LSU is one of 3 - 4 sec schools you could build what Saban has at Bama. Why lsu ever settled for O I'll never understand.

Lane Kiffin hired DJ Durkin to fix his defense.

His defense still sucks and he has a guy that ran a program so toxic it resulted in the death of a kid.

Kiffin either doesn’t know or doesn’t care about Durkins past. Either one disqualifies him for LSU consideration.

I'll pass on the guy with the second to last ranked recruiting class in the SEC, only two spots above Vandy.
