I'm pretty bullish on the game. IU hasn't faced a good offense all year (I think OSU has been the best offense they've faced) and they've certainly haven't played anyone with our trenches. It's trite but trenches always prevails and we have it in spades. That said, Mendoza is so friggin good - doesn't make many mistakes.

There's a lot of recency bias at play here, too. We had a bunch of key guys playing with the flu vs ole miss and despite that, we physically dominated them - just couldn't put them away. And IU feasted on a banged up Oregon team.

I think it will be a rock fight but I expect to win something like 21-17.

Back to Leavitt, let's say you land Leavitt, do you also sign Longstreet or is he a backup for Leavitt?

He just spent two years at ASU. I think he'll fit right in. :)

As for Miami's campus, just curious, have you ever been on it?

I’ve read/heard nothing about them. We’re looking to close out biles/leavitt/thornton this weekend and maybe a few others

I’m not too worried - I think he’s being fed some major bullshite or the person who is feeding him is.

It’s not ideal that he’d miss spring ball but we did the same with Carson last year. He’s put together quite a season despite not being able to really throw/practice until fall practice in July/august.

From what I understand about leavitt, he should be back by may-ish time frame but we’ll see
