Meat Church Holy Gospel for pork ribs
Killer hogs
Obie Cue sweet heat if you want something a little different
Blues hog champions blend is good on ribs but it’s very sweet
The Tennessee red is thinner and not as sweet. It’s a spicier sauce.

I remember a thread you posted in a while back. Just went back and found it. Really fine looking stuff you posted. You prefer the Triple 9’s now over Fire Dancer?
Chicken will probably be the most common thing I cook. What sauce do you like using?

I've been using Richard's BBQ Seasoning. link

S&P and paprika has not let me down yet. I’m interested in trying the meat church rub.
Sauce is pretty much Stubbs or Rib Rack.

This is gonna sound snobby but it's actually really easy to make your own sauces and rubs. And you can adjust them for your taste. For rubs i start with meatheads Memphis dust and for my sauce i start with a Carolina bbq.

Thank you sir. Fire Dancer is awesome. When it got close to running out I ended up buying a bottle of What The Cluck pretty much because of the name and I fell in love with the flavor right away.
It nails the flavor I'm looking for in smoked chicken, as far as my tasted buds go. Truth be told, when this bottle gets low I'll order another one AND a bottle of Fire Dancer just for when I want a different flavor profile.
You can't go wrong with either one IMO.
eta: current sauce preference is equal parts Big Mike's Sweet Heat and Meat Mitch Whomp Sauce. Meat Mitch is a bold savory sauce that's kinda thick. Big Mikes is much thinner (I prefer a thin sauce on all my BBQ) sweeter sauce with no heat. Those two mixed together are just right for my liking.

One not mentioned above that is worthy of trying is Henry Soo’s line of seasonings.

Anybody try Meat Church’s Deez Nuts?
Bought some yesterday because my two boys are at that age where they make those jokes but haven’t tried it yet.

Usually might add a bit of straight cayenne with the below, but for simplicity:
Salt Lick dry rub w/ garlic for cows.
Pass-a-Lick Kajun Seasoning Spicy for pigs.
Nunu’s or Kartchner’s for chickens.
Louisiana Products Cajun Seasoning for aquatic organisms.

I highly recommend the Fresh Market brand rubs. They are excellent and not 99% salt.

I use John Henry “Honey Rib Rub” for my ribs. It’s my favorite by far.
