re: Okra recipe suggestions?
Posted by MarceloLipp on 7/23/21 at 4:21 am to SUB
I like stew it with lamb. First brown the lamb in batches, sweat the onion and garlic separatly, add the meat and accumulated juices, canned tomato, 1/3 C white wine and seasonings (cumin, paprica). Simmer, covered for 1-1½ hours until the meat is tender. Add beef or chicken broth as needed to thin the sauce to your taste. Add the okra and simmer until they are cooked to the desired level of doneness. Bon appetit!
re: OT Help Required: What is the OT's Preferred Dating App?

I don't know what is the best one. I only used Tinder, but not premium. Is tinder premium worth it - maybe someone else can add info from their own experience. Not me. Nevertheless, there are many other apps that offer the good functionality with a free membership.

Try here - GoldBee. They have good quality and certified products. They sell vape pens as well. I buy CBD oil from them and can recommend their products.
re: Japanese Maples

Morning sun and afternoon shade would be ideal for your Japanese Maple tree. The sunilght should be filtered. If your site has poor drainage, improve your soil, create a raised bed, or use a large pot. Apply 2 to 3 inches of mulch to retain moisture and keep the soil temperature even. Try to keep the plant slightly moist for the first year coz it takes root. A drip system for watering works best. And remember that a little too dry is better than a little too wet.

Pitfaced BBQ rubs, Code 3 spices have great products.
re: Is there something that kills grass but not shrubs/plants?
Posted by MarceloLipp on 4/3/21 at 10:22 am to CatfishJohn
You can use herbicides with the ingredients clethodim, sethoxydim, or fluazifop-p which will kill grass but not damage flowers and shrubs. Or use organic methods like vinegar, boiling water... Then, you can cover the soil of the flower bed with a 3 inch layer of mulch to discourage grass seeds from germinating. You can also use landscape fabric, but it's too time consuming imho.
