It was additional available instruction for their inclusivity training. Corporate execs didn't mandate it, but they did include it.
Doesn't mean a middle manager or director didn't mandate it. Which seems to be the case here.

Better half works for KO and is above middle management. When I showed it to her on Friday after this all erupted, it was the 1st time she’d ever even seen it.
Don’t get me wrong, they are run by SJW kooks, for sure, (Their requirements for diversity inclusion in interviewing, for example, are beyond ridiculous.) but, at the same time, they are taking a hit they don’t really deserve here.
