Trust me, nobody was sent to take that training through company directive. They may have found it on LinkedIn on their own, but weren’t told to take that course.

There's 39g of sugar in an 8oz coke. So you'd be consuming roughly 700 to 930 grams of sugar in a day like that. It doesn't matter how different you think you are, you're on the road to extreme health problems.
That's 165 to 218 spoonfuls of sugar a day

Weight means nothing when it comes to diabetes. Doctors in the U.S. won't catch diabetes until far into the pre-diabetes stage when it's too late.
If you're really serious about your Coke/sugar consumption, you are quickly killing yourself.

You need to cut back bro. I used to drink a lot of soda and it kills your health man. I cut back to one fountain drink at lunch and I feel significantly better overall. Its tough to cut out for sure but worth it. One a day is more than enough. I'd cut that out too but I enjoy it.

The only carbonated drink I consume is an occasional diet Barq's. Maybe one every two or three weeks. I love tea with Splenda and make probably 3 quarts a day for myself and my wife.
