It seems to me the OP was just looking for an explanation. Has coke given one? And I don't care what someone you know said.

Not sure if they’ve made an official statement yet or not, google is your friend; don’t care what you don’t care about, but if my wife said they never had to take the training and were never exposed to that information, they never had to take the training and were never exposed to that information.
Again, they are SJW as the day is long, not saying they’re not, but they didn’t make their employees take this particular training.
