Your favorite comedic side characters in TV?

I’m talking truly side characters - ones who aren’t in every episode or don’t have many, if any, episodes where they are the focus (so Dwight, as an example, wouldn’t qualify).
Watching Veep again and Congressman Furlough is probably my favorite example of this, which prompted the thread.
Others who come to mind for me are Jean-Ralphio and Mose. What say you?
