Statement from the ACC:
quote:

GREENSBORO, N.C. (theACC.com) - The Atlantic Coast Conference announced today that the Clemson at Florida State football game will be postponed. The game was originally scheduled to be played today, Saturday, Nov. 21 at noon.

The postponement follows this morning’s game conference call at which time both teams’ medical personnel were unable to mutually agree on moving forward with the game. Both teams continue to adhere to the minimum outlined protocols within the ACC Medical Advisory Group report, which is available on theACC.com

theacc.com

ETA: According to Gameday on ESPN, the dispute centers on one Clemson player. Apparently this player was showing symptoms of COVID but repeatedly tested negative, so he was going to travel/play. A third party test on this Clemson player turned up positive. That’s where the dispute has arisen.

I'm gonna laugh if Lawrence wins the Heisman playing only 8 games or some shite. And the media will let it happen too.

Can Miami finish with a better record than Clemson now? If so, who goes to the ACCCG?

The ACC can just fast forward to the ND Clemson rematch because nothing else matters anyway

That's crazy. Will they reimburse them for the travel?

Good move. This could’ve easily turned into a super spreader event that would kill everyone in Florida and South Carolina.
