Correct, it gives the officers the right to remove someone whom refuses to leave the business after being asked to leave by the business. Not because of the mask but because they refused to leave.
But this school incident is basically the same thing. She was asked to leave by the school and refused, then she was asked to leave by the officer and refused.. This is completely on her.

Do we know that the cop approached her on his own, or was he asked to by someone with the school? If someone with the school asked him to enforce the rule, she was in the wrong. If the cop did it on his own, I would agree he handled it wrong. I don't think that gives her room to act like she did, but I'm a path of least resistance guy. It's not a huge inconvenience to just put a mask on, or walk outside the grounds and argue my case.

I don't idolize anyone but my kids. I hate the mask mandate and I know for a fact I caught covid by touching shite, not from airborne snot or cum bubbles.
But the last place I'm choosing to be a mask martyr is my son's football game.
What a DUMB arse woman and terrible parenting.

I’m sure she was given the chance to wear a mask or leave the property. She was tasered for other reasons. The police in my county wrote 121 citations for mask violations last month. First offense carries a $500 fine.
