Yup. It's usually a 3, 3, 2, 2 warmup from 50-80%, then 1 rep as the percentages increase.

Just finished warmups and stretches. About to hit first set of squats.
This 5 second negative is weird, but I kind of like it. Squats felt good and my legs feel fresh after the weekend.
Bench took a few sets, but I finally got going strong. I was bored and did a pretty big bench workout Saturday and that about bit me in the arse tonight.
Deadlifts were good, but it felt wrong to only do 2 rep sets.
Cardio was brutal, but I hustled out 7 sets. My forearms were crying in the 7th set and my upper back is spent. I used 40lb DBs for carries and used 75lbs for bb rows.
This was a pretty good workout.

I'm pretty sure I did an extra rep on my first set of squats and was short a rep on my last set. Counting out my 5 seconds for the first rep messed me up so much.
Got 5 round on the cardio (actually took me 5 minutes and 8 seconds). I thought I was done after 4 but decided to push for the fifth.

I’m wrapping up the deadlifts now, everything was pretty good but not gonna do the cardio tonight, not feeling great. I’ll make it up this weekend

Day 25 done. Got my count right on the squats today.
Went up 5 lbs on Farmer Walks and 10 lbs on Rows for the Cardio and got the same result, 5 rounds.

6 again, went 10lbs heavier on the row and 30lbs heavier in the farmer walk. It sucked. Today I just used the hex bar to walk with.

I'm going to go heavier on both. I'll use the 50lb DBs and then add 10lbs on my row.
