Nobody LIKES bulgarian split squats, but I actually wish there had been a bit more of them with weight, goblet squats, and front squats in the programming just for variety

Uhm, I do. I think they're badass.

Warmup felt easier tonight. 2 sets of squats in and they feel good. I forgot the negative on the 1st rep on the 2nd set so I did it last. lol

Squats felt good and strong.

1st set of bench felt bad. The 2nd set was way better. Each set is feeling better. Bench ended up pretty strong.

Deadlifts felt way too easy.

Cardio was rough. Got 6 sets. 1 less than last night, but I went up in weight on carries and bent over row. 50lb DBs and 85lbs on rows.

Copycat was better than I thought it would be. Only 3 more left fellas and then we earned that Squatober gear!

Did I mention that it sucks to be doing the exact same workout two days in a row?

Made programming it in my app super easy so there's that

I actually really enjoy that workout. Wouldn’t mind doing it a 3rd time.

Squats felt good. Skull crushers killed me. Just 3 rounds. Chin-ups and ohp* were surprisingly easy.

Quick one today. In and out in 40 minutes.

Only got 5 rounds on cardio today. By the second set my triceps were toast

Same. My triceps were barking by that last set.

This was my 5th day in a row because I had to make up last Thursday and Friday over the weekend. Pressure cooker on Sunday and then right into the week has been a little rough but wanted the full rest for PR Party on Monday

My OHP was my previous PR and chins were super easy. They are usually hard for me.

3 rounds plus a crusher. I don’t know how you guys got 5. That was brutal.

That 90% squat felt great. Slow and deep and nothing to it.

I'm loving the singles at 90+%. I hope Friday gets to 100% TM and cuts off all the accessory work. That and two days off til Halloween should make for a nice PR Party result.

How far is everyone planning on pushing their PR? 101%? 105%? Wait and see how things feel?

Actually 105% was my goal, but I'm starting to think I'll get more than that. I may try 105 and if the speed is good, rest 4-5 mins and try 20 more lbs. I'm concerned about bench press. Pretty sure I've strained my pec minor (warming up with different weights on each side, FFS) and I feel like I'm going to be fried after squat and deadlift.

I haven't decided. Scared of pec tears, so I may be going for a new estimated 1RM, while getting in a single at a modest actual weight record.

ETA - I'm going to try to set a bench PR. I'm not worried about squat so much. Will go for 105% or so.

105-110% of TM. I'd be stoked if I hit 110% because that would be 400.

Dude you can’t attempt 400 lb. That is like….forbidden territory. It’s gotta be 405. If you’re gonna squat 400 lbs it better be 4 plates.

Damn right, you better put 4 plates on each side. None of this 25 and two 10's nonsense
