I’m not saying you’re not, but if you fellas aren’t doing some hip and t-spine mobility before each day + getting the legs warm before you get under the bar, you’re really doing yourself a disservice.

One of the quicker workouts. I hit 6 on the cardio. Took just over 40 minutes.

Yall have a good one.

I can guarantee I'm not doing enough. Thanks for the reminder. I've been looking at some good stretches this morning that I'll incorporate in to my warmup tonight.

Hip mobility

I do hip 90/90 external and internal rotations as well as prone press ups and disc pumps before every workout. Also some ankle mobility work too. It takes like 5-10 minute max.

I normally do some terminal knee extensions most days with light weight every few days. I was dealing with, what I diagnosed myself, as patellofemoral pain . After I started doing these I wasn't having that pain behind my knee cap. So I do these every so often, but now more frequently that I'm squatting every day

Count me in the disservice group. I do some jumps, light squats, then whatever PPSA describes as a warmup. I absolutely have to do something about warming up more for bench press, I'm on the verge of being injured.

Same here. 5 on cardio and really liked the slow/fast squats.

I did the same weight on rows that I did for 10 reps last time and it was much smoother. Forearms were lit though. Did 60s for carry.

Kind of a bummer to see the same basic workout two days in a row.

Yeah, takes a little wind out of the sails for sure. One of the best things about this is the freshness of each day. Never really know what to expect until you're in the middle of it. Hopefully there's some reason behind it and not that he had a late night last night.

Even the cardio is the same. He could have at least re-enrolled us in Backarms University.

50 mins today, but since I was lifting with my son we just decided to do 4 heavy sets of the cardio back to back rather than watching each other do it.

Was a good workout I didn’t think the tempo squats were too hard or too easy; Goldilocks squat program I guess!

I wish my gym had distance markers. I never know how far I am supposed to be walking.

My estimates so far:
30 ft is to the coffee maker and back
40 ft is to the vending machine and back
50 ft is to the wall and back

None of that is measured

I was hoping to see either another Seesaw or the Stairway to Strongsville.

Almost tempted do the stairway instead.

He’s just cutting volume and increasing intensity for the PR party.
